So if it's too cold, when we get to West Haven, South First Street and Crescent Halls, we will be inside, but our goal is to keep it outdoors.

If you could send those out so we can try to be at them when we can, that'd be great.

And so we should be more successful than we have in the past, but typically we get rid of those accounts after they've sat on the books and the folks have moved out because we're less likely to collect them.

How long do we keep, keep them?

We've been more consistent with that.

Successful, are you getting anything back?

We can't completely wipe them because there's some regulations with folks being able to enter the program if they owe debt to the housing authority.

But I do think we'll be more successful with the tax collection because with those, the tax entity collects them and then sends us the funds directly.

Are you at all concerned that other housing authorities are not going to be able to make the payments given the fact that they're probably facing some of the same struggles that you are?

I would just say on City Council's end I think whenever you want to request I don't think it's going to be an issue.

I was kind of hoping to talk about it at the last working meeting, which we didn't end up having, but I just wanted to get clarity on exactly what the process would be.

When this first came in front of the Board of Commissioners for approval, what we are missing right now to create the entity is really the blessing of City Council because we need their approval under the state code in order for you to create the entity legally and then you will need to pick a name for the entity.

Okay so then Michael do you have clarity on which one of those things we should do or does anyone else have clarity on that?

to Kyna two weeks before it goes, like before the meeting, I believe, because it has to be the ADA compliance check that's completed and a few other things that's done with all the documents before they're uploaded.

So then maybe Javier, you and I can touch base on like a good time to connect with the necessary folks.
