It's a very Tuesday morning for a meeting, but we will push ahead here and get the work done of the morning.

So appreciate everyone being here and hopefully Cynthia will be able to join us so that we have Neil joining.

Wanted to go ahead and open up the meeting and we'll need a roll call vote for attendance.

I'm going to move to Joan who's going to give us a safety briefing.

Absolutely.

So we are currently sitting on the 24th floor of 919 East Main Street, also known as the truest building.

For restrooms, if you go out this conference room and do a U-turn, the restrooms are located down the hall on the right hand side.

For emergency services, Tiffany, would you take the lead on calling 911 should we need it?

Absolutely.

I will take the lead on CPR as I am CPR certified.

Mr. Westerman, would you take the lead on meeting first responders should we need them?

Yes.

The AED is located in the copy room, which is around the other side of the floor.

The first aid kit is located in the kitchen, also on your way towards the other side of the floor.

In case we have a fire evacuation, there are stairwells located near the restrooms, as I just described, and on the opposite side of the floor, kind of midway by the freight elevator.

We also have fire alarms to pull should we need to, and they are located by the stairwells as well.

fire extinguishers located by the stairwells, the restrooms, and over by the copy room as well.

Should we need to evacuate for fire or any other reason, we will meet at 9th and Capitol Square.

I would ask everyone to pay attention to the person on their left and keep an eye on them as we evacuate calmly and together.

I will maintain a head count for the group.

In case we have an active shooter, the ritual is to flee, hide, and fight.

One of the folks who is normally on this building, we have, or in this building, we have a number of rooms that are more secure than others.

So if we need to evacuate, follow Westerman, Maristela, myself to the engineering conference room, which has a lockable door and no windows.

We'll move to the approval of the minutes from our last meeting, which was June 7th of 2024.

That was a virtual meeting and you should all have received those.

So because we have the rotating schedule now, every summer we have a couple of board members who roll off.
