buildings or structures or the safety of persons using such facilities, buildings or structures as permitted by section 2.2-3711A, bracket 19 of the Code of Virginia to discuss, consider, or interview prospective candidates for employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, performance, demotion, salaries, disciplining, or resignation of specific public officers, appointees, or employees of any public body as permitted by the personnel exemption.
