I'm imagining that narrowing the streets a bit should be okay in this townhouse and mixed, actually it's a mixed density development because presumably most of them have their own parking spaces so they wouldn't need to be on street parking, am I right?

I mean there's sort of a subconscious component to it that when you're on a narrow street you drive slower.

So it wasn't a concern of ours to deviate from that standard for lessening of the slope in this particular case.

So, I don't think that we've had an opportunity to see what an Aaron Love we could, I mean, we haven't been, in my opinion, blessed with the opportunity to have such an entrepreneurial serve in this capacity, in my opinion.

So I think Dany had a good description of that, that since Maria, one of our chief energy and environmental experts is rolling off to replace that skill set is important.
