I'll just add one question for the oversight of the kids that are like 12 and in that range for them preventing them from wandering say on the neighbors properties and things like that how how how much oversight will they get direct oversight I guess

Where does the extra $54,000 come from?

to basically find out that the board supports having a restaurant facility down here at the Greene Commons.

So was the contractor's quote making all three of these handicap accessible, including the ramping and necessary alterations?

So it's something to be worked out.

A volunteer from the board would be asked to check it out on a regular basis or maybe you do it this month, somebody else do it next month, check it out and see what's needed, contact people if something serious

My concern is just something a little more mundane like cleaning the toilets and you know washing because there was a problem I don't know if everybody's aware that when we had the two trailers behind the court that were that were bought for COVID they didn't have bathrooms so they added you know some portajohns and the problem was they were being utilized by people who were homeless and to the detriment of the structures

But whoever doing the maintenance would, you know, clean the toilets as needed.

And I would like if, you know, we release those funds, tie it to a successful negotiated MOA or MOU that we approve, I guess, in the end, right?

a particular contract or is that something that can be put out to a bid to see if you can get a lower price contract or something of the baby?

It's all the same, similar to that concept so that we get the best price for what we're doing there.

The Perry Foundation is looking for approval from the board now to match that $37,000 grant, which you won't be getting until next March, am I correct?

They can definitely use it.

I'm telling you, you know, you don't drink a whole lot of liquid in the cold.

And I know you guys have already got a lot more commitments for stuff coming in other than just the farmer's market, like the Black Bear Festival and different things that come in.

The thing is, if it's there, it's definitely a benefit to the more people in the community, but doing a bigger event, it's there.

It's holding a lot of people back from committing to doing it, if not having the facility like that to sustain it.

I think for some reason we have to, on funds, don't we have to advertise it?

I believe that there was significantly more than the $50,000, but let me check on that.

Also, I would love to see a draft of that MOA or MOU, whatever you guys want to call it, between now and the next meeting or the meeting that we decide the funds to make sure that that works, because I would like for the board to actually review that.

following the presentation we just heard about the space back there and someone and they mentioned it as a as one of the examples in addition the farmers market the first sunsets on Maine was on June 27th

I think that's a great efficiency.

Water and Sewer bills that the treasures transferred the collecting of payments to water and sewers so at their location at 11235 Spotswood Trail you can go and make your payments in person if you'd like there's also a drop box very handy I was leaving pretty late the other night and I saw someone at the drop box so I guess people are using it so that's all okay thank you very much items from the board

It sounds like we're going to probably have to do some revision to kind of define all that out in ours.

We only have one preliminary flat for larger subdivisions have to be reviewed by the planning commission.

So that's a small change.
