Public Hearing to consider amendments to the Greene County Code Chapter 66 – Taxation, Article III - Special Assessment for Land Preservation, Section 66-119 - Additional opinions; appeal to courts; separate applications per land parcel; fees.   The Board of Supervisors will consider amending the current ordinance to revalidate property within the “Land Use” program every two years and amend the initial fee to $60 and the revalidation fee to $60 every sixth year – Kim Tate, Commissioner of Revenue
