and the other thing I wanted to add is that Fall Fest, the first one was Friday and there's a series at every site and I think this one was at Sixth Street and it was a great success.

I heard there was a really good turnout, dancing, lots of fun.

I will read the resolution, excuse me, for us.

In an overview, this resolution is approving the Charlottesville Redevelopment Housing Authority's voucher payment standard schedule and you can see the details within it for those who may be wondering on a high-level end, essentially this is looking at the

standards in which we'll be providing for zero bedrooms.

That's $1,544 for one bedrooms, $1,635, two bedrooms, $1901, three bedrooms, $2,370, four bedrooms, $2,883, and five bedrooms, $3,315.

This is for utility allowance.

This allows another yearly procedure item.

So they're working specifically with the Virginia Housing Utility Allowance Schedule for Charlottesville.

And as you all will see in this, this also coincides with the allowances for the Section 8 Choice Voucher Program for 2014 and 20, excuse me, 2024 and 2025.

This resolution essentially authorizes the renovation of 310 and 312 East Main Street and the execution of a construction contract by the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

$508,382.39.

That's phase one, but that's the amount that we're approving right now.

So this allows us to be able to enter into an agreement with Alexander Nicholson to complete the demo phase of this particular property.

And then the demo is scheduled to be completed by March, 2025.

It's currently finalizing the plans to submit to the city.

On the IT side, our SharePoint integration for YARDI is now completely organized.

This allows

remote access to all of our client files and tenants, all that good stuff.

We're still working on the Texgov.

That should be coming on pretty soon.

It allows residents to tag safety issues, maintenance issues, all that good stuff.

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

We've talked some about like an anonymous reporting line.

To my understanding, it allows a little bit of both.

More, yeah.

I'll follow up with our IT coordinator.

The computer lab at South First Street will be complete by the end of the week.

And then our capital fund for operations has been pulled for public housing.

That was in July.

That will be reflected in the P&Ls for public housing that you have.

All of our shortfall funds have been awarded for HCV.

It's a little over a million dollars.
