Discussion of CRHA 2022 to 2026 CFP 5-Year Annual Plan.

We just don't know how much more.

Sales, have you guys been able to replace Bono after his retirement?

but we have not filled that position yet.

Does the same go for property manager?

So I'm currently the director of housing and director of maintenance.

It's a lot of hats.

Okay, we need finance director update.

When Haley did the budget last year for this fiscal year, I mean, there was some knowledge as to what was going to happen, but I don't think the, obviously with the flood, it created a different wrinkle and deficit, but I don't think we necessarily had, we didn't know enough and we still don't to plan out how operations are going to play out.

And we have to also be really close when it comes to South First Street, phase one, because that's also included in the, in the generation, the calculations for our revenue on both public housing and the central office.

I know when we started looking at using the shortfall funds and the PPP money, sorry, I have a dog who's not happy, I'm not giving him my attention.

Did you comment on the fact that we are still paying taxes?

Yes, and that UVA does not.

So, but I don't disagree.

There might be some way we can get them to, um, pay back all that money.

Are you, so sorry, are you referring to UVA or the city paying CRHA's pilot payment back to CRHA?

I think it's reimbursed to CRHA for their pilot payment.

We're the CHRA board here.

So I will email around and then bring that up to see if other counselors want to pursue that.

I don't see why we are.

And I want to provide more than what they can provide, but it takes money to do it.

So certainly in that context, it's a good question why CRHA is in the position they are with a pilot program.

So there's a lot of things UVA could be doing better.

I certainly raised a lot in the study I did.

I know I'm having trouble opening the document but I mean it was updated about it looks like every 10 years but going back to I want to say I think the first date I saw was 58 if that if that makes sense so there's that was the original document that I was provided I don't know John may have it but

So I think this would be a great candidate for it, in my opinion.

I do have it.

So that obviously would be 200 and some thousand.

And I think that hopefully will be another conversation that we'll get into.

That makes a lot of sense because it seems like we're having a negative matching fund instead of a matching.

It brings us a little bit closer to some of the other agencies that are doing the same things we're doing, but we're doing it at a much different level in a different style than what they're doing.

Do you see any significant overruns with Crescent Hall continuing into the future?

They'll have there a separate process, but still included in what you all pass next year, but they will be approved by the owner before coming to you all.

So it's not really something that we wanted to see, but it does, that did fall to the bottom line too.

And for the consulting company that y'all hired, what's their role gonna be?

PHAR has been included in CRHA staff, of course, in panel interviews.

But it's come down the pipeline.

And then I think we're going to probably talk with them again with Mary Lou and the HR, our new HR coordinator, just to see if they have any questions and vet them.
