I think other localities have, you know, in theory, they're used to help developers, especially in high-cost land areas, to acquire the land and bring down some of those costs, but again, with the hope that something is actually done, some other localities have just used it to kind of, oh, this is a great piece of real estate that's cheap, let's buy it and it'll have a public benefit that might not actually materialize, so I would just want to make sure that any plan we could do going forward with
