Yeah, I mean, the transition rule we were talking about would basically say where you're fronting, even if it's across the street, a lower-intensity district, we could restrict the use to residential and we could restrict the height and effectively make it so that while the district itself allows the taller buildings and the mixed-use, you really, in that instance, could only do a commercial, taller, mixed-use building on the Ryo frontage, and then you would be restricted to no more than, say, like, townhouses
