And so I'm just wondering why we are at least not providing families with, because most families are not going to come, are going to be able to afford probably the pack of 50 or 100, and it doesn't seem like it's sufficient.

Yeah.

If they're in those rooms all day when you were talking about viral load, it's going to increase it a lot and the potential to spread is going to be great.

So, yeah.

Are you all kind of, you know?

Yeah, so actually, Talithia, do you want to address that question and just talk a little bit more about some of the encounters and how you respond to vaccine hesitance?

So that is how I usually handle when I come into cases with people being hesitant.

And just I feel like if we can figure that out, then we'll get more people to doing either the behavior changes or being willing to get the vaccine than we are at this moment.

I think if you have been vaccinated and you have a friend or a family member that's not sharing why you got vaccinated and that you didn't have problems with it, that it was very safe, it was easy to do, providing reassurance is really the best way to change their mind.

Yeah.

You can do things like measure your oxygenation and your vital signs and really do a good assessment about whether it's safe for you to be home or if you should be in an environment where you can be monitored like the hospital.

And are you all giving out those kits to measure oxygenation when they are tested?

Yeah.

Has that changed or is that the same as it was before?

And we just felt like that was going to be a real barrier if we came up and started asking things.

I think so, too, if we have to ask the questions, but I just wanted to make sure that he had asked that and that we just follow up.

I have to do it as a gift card to collect your information, et cetera.

I'll be glad to answer questions as well as the city attorney is here to also provide input.

You know, we know this isn't going to be easy, but that you know the employees and getting this right is just the focal point is when I was reading this was the only comment that I had.

We want whatever fits our employees the best and develop a plan that will exhibit that.

I do have a little bit longer on this, but I do think it's something that we need to be making sure we do.

Is there a rough timeline for when it would be before us to actually adopt a collective bargaining ordinance?

This is something very new to us and something we want to work with all of the employees on very closely and don't want to get off on the wrong foot with the very first one.

I think those are two good areas to look at rather than just completely reinventing the wheel but very much look forward to seeing what the specific timeline is.

And the goal is to have something in place for the FY23 budget season.
