      All right, great.
    • 00:04:51
So it looks like we will have a quorum.
    • 00:04:56
Moving ahead, and I don't know, Margaret, if this is the time to talk about this, but the following meeting, which I think is scheduled for April 3rd or 4th, I will not be able to attend that one.
    • 00:05:13
I don't know if anybody knows that far out if they'll be able to make it and we can get a quorum or not, but
    • 00:05:27
I should be able to make it on the fourth.
    • SPEAKER_00
    • 00:05:31
      Yeah, me too.
    • Chris HenningsenChair, Architectural Review Board
    • 00:05:38
      All right.
    • 00:05:39
So I think we're ready to adjourn.
    • 00:05:44
This might be a new record.
    • 00:05:47
So you were all here to tell your grandchildren about it.
    • SPEAKER_00
    • 00:05:52
      Hey, Chris.
    • 00:05:53
Yeah, I was wondering if Margaret, could you give us a quick update on the corridor studies and kind of what the schedule is for those?
    • SPEAKER_02
    • 00:06:02
Yeah, we're hoping to have the templates ready for your review in late spring.
    • 00:06:11
We have that together and you've all approved that, then we can
    • 00:06:17
Get back to finishing up the work on the individual quarters and get that work more focused.
    • 00:06:28
We had a bit of a delay with the staff person that we brought on to do the template work.
    • 00:06:34
There was just work load issues that got in the way, but we are making progress now.
    • 00:06:39
So we're hoping to bring that template to you sometime in the next few weeks.
    • 00:06:48
We may need to do some reassignment of quarters at that point, but I think once we get that template in place and see what the work looks like, it'll be a better time to do that reallocation of quarters.
    • Chris HenningsenChair, Architectural Review Board
    • 00:07:05
      All right, great.
    • 00:07:06
Well, if no one has anything else,
    • 00:07:11
We will adjourn until the next meeting on Sunday, March 21st.
    • 00:07:15
The time is 1.07 p.m. All right.
    • 00:07:21
Have a great two weeks, everybody.
