I've heard several folks in the community and I agree with them.

Is there a way that we can get a baseline on the condition in the state of our wells, mostly in the rural areas is where they are.

I was actually about to invite Mr. Harper to speak to that.

And I understand that the health department obviously regulates

And there's only four wells across the entire county, so there's limited information really about the state or groundwater.

I was just hoping that the health department could help us.

quite easily begin again if it was the choice to get some useful information.

Probably 20 years ago, I'm guessing.

I can't remember where the other two are, but I think you're right that they probably are still there and they could be accessed if we had the resources.

But it is an interesting idea.

It may be not perfect data, but at least it's something to go to.

I think with this new proposal the majority of the parking would be provided with the new parking areas, but if needed that is something that has already been in place from prior special use permits.

With this level of review, with the site plan process, if that

is identified, then that would be a requirement of a site plan if one is needed for safety.

Rebecca, the down zoning from the PRD, how many, I missed in the Planning Commission conversation, how many units, by right units would not be there due to the down zoning?

And the other piece, I was, and I might bring this up later and just flag it now, but the parking, especially for the 200 and the 300 person events, when you mentioned that the parking was allowed across the street at Stone Robinson, are they shuttling people?

Yes.

So there's nobody walking across there that's parking?

No.

Isn't that a high level of noise?

I believe it's 55 daytime, 60, or 55 evening, 60 daytime is the decibel levels.

So it's 55 decibel during the evening?

And the structure where they're housing, 200, 600, is that a closed-in structure?

But if you do have a wall of the structure that is open or windows are open, then that can classify as outdoor amplified music.

Repeat that, please.

Then that is considered outdoor amplified music.

OK, so does this structure, is it going to be fully enclosed?

But I think the idea is that they would like to have that option with seasonal, with our weather, as far as having that as an option for events.

And with that having it open at partial times, would that affect the level of decibels that they could have?

They would be subject to the outdoor amplified music regulations.
