The proposed ordinance would amend Article 1, Administration, Section 15-101, When taxes are due, to change the due date for the first installment of biannual property taxes from June 5 to June 25 each year, and to extend the payment due date for supplemental property tax assessments from within 30 days to within 45 days of the bill date; and would amend Article 14, County Vehicle Licenses, Section 15-1404, When license tax is due, to change the due date for vehicle license tax from June 5 to June 25 each year.
