  • 19. An Ordinance to Authorize the One-Time Payment of a Monetary Bonus to Employees of the County of Albemarle, Virginia. To receive public comment on its intent to adopt an ordinance to authorize the one-time payment of a monetary bonus to eligible employees of Albemarle County pursuant to Virginia Code § 15.2-1508. The ordinance would authorize a payment of $1,000.00 to eligible full-time and part-time employees who fill a total position of 0.7 full time equivalent and above, and a payment of $750.00 to eligible part-time employees who fill a total position of less than 0.7 full time equivalent.

  • 20. FY 2021 Budget Amendment and Appropriations.

  • 21. An Ordinance to Amend Article 2, Other Licenses, of Chapter 8, Licenses, of the Code of the County of Albemarle, Virginia. To receive public comment on its intent to adopt an ordinance to amend County Code Chapter 8, Licenses, Article 2, Other Licenses, § 8-800, Alcoholic beverages. The draft ordinance would make § 8-800 subject to § 8-201, which would adopt deadlines for filing alcoholic beverage license applications and paying alcoholic beverage taxes, and would impose penalties and interest for failure to timely file applications or pay taxes, pursuant to Virginia Code § 58.1-3896.
