18. Charlottesville-Albemarle Convention and Visitors’ Bureau Agreement; Amendment. To receive public comment on its intent to adopt an Ordinance to Approve an Amended Agreement to Operate a Joint Convention and Visitors’ Bureau between the County of Albemarle, Virginia and the City of Charlottesville, Virginia for the funding and operation of the Charlottesville-Albemarle Convention and Visitors’ Bureau (CACVB). The Amended Agreement would amend the composition of the CACVB’s Executive Board and would eliminate the CACVB’s Advisory Board and make related necessary changes.
