The property is located on the corner of Ivy Road (north side) and Broomley Road. Staff is recommending a limited service designation "to the existing structures, except that places of worship, one private school, and other uses permitted in the Rural Areas (RA) zoning district, which may be located in new buildings and served by public sewer."
