All our meeting to order and we just want to make everyone aware that Brad is out of town on a business trip and won't be able to join us today and I think Liz emailed us and said she had a conflict so we're all here and we're ready to go we have a amended

Well, we have a resolution, but we have an amended contract for our county executive, Jeff Richardson.

And what we're doing, just so everybody knows, is we're amending the contract, which originally said that he was starting on December the

I'm sorry November the 6th and we're changing it to October the 30th so we are lucky in that he'll be able to join us earlier than anticipated so that's what this meeting is about so Norman has the motion okay I move that the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors adopt the amended resolution appointing the county executive
