PETITION: A request for a special use permit amendment under Section 18-14.2.2 to increase the student enrollment at an existing private school from 85 to 150 students. No additional exterior changes to the buildings or site are proposed. Proposal includes the renovation and expansion of an existing dormitory structure, as well as a phased approach to increasing maximum student enrollment to 300 students then ultimately to 500 students, along with future construction of additional structures and improvements.   • 19. Public Hearing for a Chapter 9 Ordinance Amendment Authorizing Photo Speed Monitoring Devices in School Crossing and Highway Work Zones. To receive public comment on its intent to adopt an ordinance to amend County Code Chapter 9, Motor Vehicles and Traffic, by amending Article 5, Division 1 and adding Division 2 to provide authorization to the County to enforce speed limits in school crossing zones and highway work zones with photo speed monitoring devices and to contract with third-party vendor to accomplish the same.
